We aim to ensure our customers' full satisfaction. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit ONLY.

- Returns must be initiated within 14 business days of delivery.
- The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete with tags, etc. Please check the bottoms of your shoes before initiating an exchange. If the bottoms of the shoes appear worn or have scratches they will not be accepted for an exchange.
- Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Once item(s) are received and inspected, upon the pass of inspection, store credit will be issued for returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
- We are not responsible for risk of loss or damages during the return shipment. If returns are received worn or incomplete they will not be shipped back or credited.
Please note:
- Items purchased during seasonal sales or at any discount are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- U.S. customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
- International purchases are final sale. There are no returns and exchanges on orders placed outside of the US.
