Return Policy

Mike & Allen aims to please and if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we are happy to accommodate your return or first exchange for the full value of your shoe. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and items must be unworn, unused, and shipped in original box and packaging to be refunded by mail. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns for any item in used condition. If returns are received worn or incomplete we cannot refund or reship. Upon arrival and inspection of returned package we will issue a refund to original payment or issue a store credit immediately for exchanges. If a customer wishes to exchange we offer a store credit and you can use that upon checkout. Mike & Allen is not responsible for any damage or loss to products during the return shipment.

For domestic orders we offer free returns for your first return or exchange. For international orders we are unfortunately unable to offer free returns or exchanges at this time and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For domestic exchanges we will cover the cost of shipping your new item. For international exchanges you must cover the cost of the reship.

Items for your first exchange/refund if in the USA will be accommodated and paid for by Mike & Allen upon validation. Subsequent shipping for exchanges, returns, and reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
